I led complex legacy-to-cloud migrations for CRL’s international e-commerce platforms and enterprise apps, helping the organization exit aging systems on tight timelines. These projects highlighted my ability to assess risk, engineer scalable cloud solutions, and solve high-pressure infrastructure challenges.

Following our divestment from CRH, I led critical migration efforts away from unsupported Microsoft servers and proprietary Akamai infrastructure. I conducted detailed audits of our legacy systems, mapped dependencies, and created tailored migration strategies. These efforts included setting up new Azure environments, configuring DNS and URL routing, and solving compatibility issues related to legacy hardcoded paths.

For CRL’s international e-commerce sites, I designed a new Azure-based asset storage system and crafted rule sets that worked around outdated codebases—allowing us to migrate without needing expensive refactors. Despite limited resources, I delivered a seamless migration that avoided vendor overage penalties and actually improved performance by roughly 10%.
